Build Every Home Radon-Ready

Professional radon systems for new construction—installed on schedule, built to current standards, and designed to protect homeowners for years to come. From pre-pour preparation to final activation, we coordinate with your construction schedule to keep your project moving.

Step 1: Request a Bid

Before construction begins, or as soon as possible, send us your plans or project details.

We'll review the project, provide a clear proposal, and coordinate the installation schedule with your team.

Step 2: Install the Rough-In Before the Slab

We prepare the home before concrete is poured.

Our team installs the sub-slab collection system, vent piping, and premium vapor barrier (when included) so the home is ready for radon protection from the ground up.

Every home is different, which is why every mitigation system is custom designed.

Step 3: Seal the Slab and Run the Vent Pipe

After framing is complete, we return to continue the system through the home.

Our team seals accessible slab openings, cracks, and penetrations, then routes the radon vent pipe through the framed structure to the planned termination location. We coordinate with the builder and other trades to ensure the piping is installed cleanly, without interfering with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or finish work.

Step 4: Test, Activate, and Verify

Once construction is complete, we test the home and activate the radon system if it's needed.

Every home is professionally tested to determine its radon level. If the results indicate that mitigation is necessary, we activate the pre-installed radon-ready system by adding the fan and commissioning it. Because the critical infrastructure was installed during construction, activation is typically less expensive, less disruptive, and often more effective than installing a complete mitigation system after the home is finished.
